Phases of Care


Phase 1: Heal

We assume most people come to our office with some form of injury or dysfunction. For that reason, the first phase of your care will be focused on healing. We want to get you out of pain and feeling more like yourself. During this phase we will likely be seeing you more frequently because we know healing takes repetition


Phase 2: Refine

As you move into the second phase, we shift the focus to refining and optimizing your quality of life. We don't just want you to feel better; we want you to function better! Depending on your unique situation, this phase may include more active participation in your treatment.


Phase 3: Thrive

This is less of a phase and more of a lifestyle. Some call this maintenance because we want to maintain the progress we have made and prevent further issues and injuries. We call it Thrive because our ultimate goal is to go beyond maintenance and continue to enrich your life. Entering the Thrive phase makes you a permanent member of a like-minded tribe, which is why we call this “Becoming a Member of the Collective".
